Since 1906, Stahl Judenburg stands for high-quality bar and bright steel on a stainless-steel basis. It forms the basis for high-tech components worldwide, for example in the automotive industry and in engine and plant construction. Currently Stahl Judenburg employs around 450 people. The company stands for high quality, absolute reliability and flexibility. This is achieved with highly qualified employees, state-of-the-art production facilities and optimised work processes.
Continuous further vocational training is high on the company's agenda. Thus, two plant managers, the head of the order management centre, the human resources manager and employees of the human resources department have now taken part in an in-house training course organised by REFA International on the topics of time recording techniques, performance degree assessment and remuneration design. It was important for the participants to get a basic overview to develop work management in the company further in the future. Good discussions ensued, as the specific requirements of the company were always brought up in the training.
