Why Multi-Moment Analysis (MMA)?
This tool can be used in all manufacturing and service sectors to obtain, for example, the following data:
- Utilization or workload of work systems during a period
- Occurring disruptions and waste
- Distribution of task types
- Determination of allowance time supplements
The advantage of MMA is that, while it requires careful preparation, it involves comparatively little effort, since the observer is not continuously time-bound.
