A five-day REFA-Seminar was conducted for twelve participants of the Gümüs Group in the Turkish Black Sea region. The training was organised by our partner in Turkey, the Training foundation of the Turkish employees' association for the metals industry. The content of the seminar covering the topics work design and time management were intensified with practical work directly in the company.
