Definition
The relation between target time and actual time during the execution of tasks, with regard to a time period for a person, a group or a business segment. It marks the average exceedance or shortfall of work order times and occupancy times and is utilised for capacity planning, cost calculation, or as a performance target. It is sometimes falsely equated to the performance degree.
