Definition
For the case-by-case necessary closer identification of the influenceability of processes and times, a distinction is made between
- fully controllable processes: The execution of the work process is exclusively dependent on the human being.
- processes that can be influenced to a limited extent: The human being can only partially influence the execution of the work process.
uninfluenceable processes: Here, humans cannot influence the work process, provided they comply with e.g. work procedures and work method. They are inevitably associated with uninfluenceable operating mean times.
