Definition
A pay method; includes the setting of performance-related data or ratios, related to associated conditions of performance (e.g. process, work system, number of people) by mutual agreement between the partners involved, e.g. as a target agreement. It is based on data determined by other methods. The practical handling is subject to co-determination (ERA-TV, target agreement). For example, distribution or rest times are also determined by agreement in the company.
