Definition
Work management refers to the practical labour science within the company. Work management serves to equip work systems with practice-oriented methods of labour science.
Human work shall be incorporated as effectively and efficiently as possible in consideration of humanitarian, social and legal aspects.
Aspects of work management can be found as standards and method conventions in labour and company agreements, for example as provisions for the structure and terms of the remuneration as well as for the determination and standardisation of the time structure (time management) of work processes.
