Definition
All data and information that define, describe or evaluate work from a particular point of view. They can be rationally worked out with the REFA Instruments and are an important basis for industrial engineering. Up-to-date work data is required on a daily basis for planning, management, benchmarking, motivation, remuneration, cost accounting, controlling and other purposes. Examples: characterisation of the nature and current use of potentials including the level of qualification and employability of employees, utilisation of operating resources, the order specific work load, the throughput time of the order, the use of working time, the quality of work conditions or the number of persons needed to execute the work.
