EPCOS/TDK commissioned REFA International with a global further vocational training program for the unified knowledge transfer of staff across national borders. Thus, in April and May 2016 another REFA-Basic-Training was conducted at EPCOS/TDK in Deutschlandsberg/ Austria.

For many years, Siemens in Istanbul has been working with REFA-Methods for the analysis and design of processes. In March 2016, another eleven engineers completed the first part of the REFA-Basic-Training.

REFA International AG successfully conducted a two-week seminar for ten employees of Fujikura Automotive Romania SRL in Cluj-Napoca - the largest city in Transylvania - in cooperation with its Romanian partner, Effective Flux SRL. The training course was held in rooms of the renowned hotel „Paradis". The participants came from the Fujikura plants in Cluj Napoca and Dej, sixty kilometres away. In both locations cable harnesses for the automotive industry are produced.

At SELK d.d., a manufacturer of electronic devices, in Kutina (near Zagreb), once again a REFA-Seminar with the focus on REFA-Methodology and its practical application took place in the company. Fourteen employees took part in this 2-week training course.
