Systematic design of work tasks according to special criteria, which can be used to design work tasks that are economical and at the same time utilize or promote the qualifications of the employees, e.g. by influencing the work content or the work requirements, the necessary work effort, the responsibility and the competence required for execution as well as the execution conditions.
