Definition

A consequence of the workload, which can also be influenced by the individual's willingness to perform (e.g. unwillingness). Characteristics are, for example, a nervous, restless state of mind or the experience of "being on the spot". Consequences are, for example, the emotional rejection of a repetitive task, a strong feeling of disinclination and performance problems.
